Jacob Smilovitz
CO-FOUNDER
A strategic operator with deep experience across media, publishing, and finance, Jacob previously served as Principal at The Chernin Group, where he helped lead investments in media and consumer businesses, and as VP of Corporate Development at The New York Times, guiding acquisitions and long-term strategy. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for Media in 2018.
Jacob lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two young children.
Ross Hoffman
CO-FOUNDER
Ross focuses on business development, sales, and scaling high-growth companies. He was CEO of Goldin Auctions (sold to eBay), Global VP of Business Development at Twitter (joining as one of the first 150 employees, pre-revenue), and held leadership roles in partnerships at Google and YouTube. He brings a hands-on approach to building durable, mission-critical businesses.
Based outside Philadelphia, Ross is also a proud dad to two young kids.
